ENGINEERING & SERVICE ACTIVITY

Responsibilities and duties include (but are not limited to) the following activities

• • Verification & Validation of the entire rolling stock systems (Hardware and Software).
• • Processing and Writing of Test procedures.
• • Static Testing (verify if all the vehicle systems work like specified in a standstill condition).
• • Dynamic Testing (verify if all the vehicle systems work like specified while running).
• • Software and hardware analysis.
• • Engineering design review on the equipments.
• • Testing and data analysis.
• • Engineering Reports.
• • Technical attendance (support the designers and software engineers during test).
• • Processing and writing of test procedures within the railway vehicles.
• • Can analyse problems related to system malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
• • Consulting service to find the right products for our customers (we can suggest and provide a wide range of components through our network of suppliers).
• • Drawing up engineering procedure.
• • Warranty assistance.
• • Troubleshooting.
• • Commissioning.
• • Design & Rendering drawings.
• • Electrical drawings Update.
• • Design & Development Electronics.
• • Design Development and assembly of Electronic Tools.
• • Obsolescence management services for components.
• • Mechanical Test on prototype vehicles ( Weight test / Rotation test / Levelling test ).
