Company Background

Lumax srl is an Italian corporation which was founded in Roccella Ionica, as an independent “Development & Consulting” company.

The intention is to use the knowledge and “know-how” of the EES-Knauss / Jz-development and the experience over several years in the railways sector, to create a specialised pool of technicians in electronic / rolling stock testing and vehicle commissioning.

Testing and Commissioning is a very important phase in a series of activities, which allows the railway vehicles to be operated safely and according to the existing regulation norms, enforced by the commissioning countries.

Our company is also well known for the redesign of old circuit board and for the improvement of system that are not longer available in the market, for the railway sector, oil platform, etc.

Originally Lumax srl operated mainly in Italy, but due to request the company expanded performing activities overseas.
